JTENK METALS supplies, sources, trades and distributes metals, minerals, high-purity materials, rare earth materials, metal oxides, semiconductor materials, alloys, precious materials, industrial metals and other products shown or quoted through our website and commercial channels.

Pricing, Currency and Payment

Product prices are supplied by quotation unless a price is expressly displayed and confirmed for a specific transaction.

Quotations may be issued in USD, EUR or another agreed currency. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, customs duties, import charges, inspection costs, bank charges, destination fees and other third-party costs not expressly included in the quotation.

Shipping, Delivery and Incoterms

Delivery terms are agreed on a transaction-by- transaction basis. Depending on the product, destination and commercial arrangement, quotations may reference internationally recognized Incoterms such as EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP or DDP.

The specific Incoterm, named place or port, freight arrangement and allocation of responsibilities will be identified in the applicable quotation or commercial document.

Delivery dates and lead times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Technical information may include product specifications, certificates of analysis, safety data sheets, technical data sheets, inspection information or other documentation, depending on the product and transaction.

Any batch-specific Certificate of Analysis or inspection report applies only to the batch or lot identified in that document.

General website descriptions, typical values, sample specifications or reference information should not be interpreted as a batch-specific warranty unless explicitly incorporated into the applicable sales contract.
