Sample & Bulk Order Payment Terms
Payment requirements depend on whether the purchase is a sample or trial order, or a larger commercial bulk order. Final payment instructions are stated on the applicable quotation or pro forma invoice.
Bulk Commercial Orders
Structured 40 / 40 / 20 Payment Procedure
40•40•20Bulk transactions are paid progressively against order confirmation, shipping documentation and arrival at the agreed buyer destination.
Advance Deposit Against Pro Forma Invoice
A 40% T/T advance down-payment deposit is payable after order details, availability and commercial terms are confirmed and the official pro forma invoice is issued.
Against Shipping Documents
A further 40% is payable against a draft or copy of the Bill of Lading / Air Waybill together with the applicable shipping documents at the loading port or airport.
Balance at Buyer Destination
The remaining 20% is payable when the shipment reaches the buyer's agreed delivery airport, seaport or delivery destination, subject to the transaction documents.

Cryptocurrency Payment Verification
For USDT or BTC transactions, the exact cryptocurrency, wallet address and blockchain network must be confirmed before transfer. Cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect wallet or through an incorrect network may not be recoverable. Never rely on wallet details received from an unverified third party.

Any bank, intermediary, cryptocurrency network, money transfer or other transaction charges are handled according to the applicable commercial terms.
Payment Confirmation
Orders proceed according to the applicable transaction stage after the required payment has been confirmed or credited.
Order Reference
Buyers should include the correct invoice or PI reference when making payment to help identify and allocate funds quickly.
Alternative Payment Methods
Alipay, WeChat Pay, cryptocurrency, Western Union, MoneyGram, WorldRemit and M-Pesa are available only when confirmed for the specific order.
Transaction-Specific Terms
If a quotation, pro forma invoice or signed contract states different payment terms, the transaction-specific written terms will apply to that order.
